Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at femorejewellery@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Kolksteeg 10B, 1012 PT in Amsterdam.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items that are sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will then be able to evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions/Items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.
14 Day Reflection Period in the EU
Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via the original method of payment within ten working days. Please remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
